2. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only after receiving necessary client details and payment (partial or full, depending on the service).
- Reservations made via phone, email, WhatsApp, or our website are considered valid upon our confirmation.
- Clients must provide accurate personal and travel information. Billionaire Tours is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect details.
3. Payments
- Full payment may be required prior to specific luxury experiences, events, or reservations.
- International payments may be subject to conversion charges or bank fees.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel services if payments are incomplete, fraudulent, or disputed.
4. Cancellations, Modifications & Refunds
- Cancellation, rescheduling, or refund eligibility varies by service and partner policy.
- Non-refundable items (such as private access, custom events, hotel stays, luxury transfers, yacht charters) will be clearly communicated.
- No-shows are fully chargeable.
- Billionaire Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify an itinerary due to weather, operational limitations, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must comply with UAE laws, safety guidelines, and partner instructions.
- Any damages to property, vehicles, or venues caused by the client will be chargeable.
- Behavior that jeopardizes safety, comfort, or operational integrity may result in termination of services without refund.
6. Travel Documents & Insurance
- Clients are responsible for ensuring possession of valid passports, visas, permits, and insurance.
- Billionaire Tours does not provide travel insurance but strongly recommends it.
7. Liability & Disclaimer
- Billionaire Tours acts as a curator and facilitator with select hospitality partners, venues, and premium service providers.
- We are not liable for:
- Acts of third-party suppliers
- Delays, losses, or injuries during travel
- Natural events, accidents, or unforeseen disruptions
- Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, brand elements, logos, images, text, and itineraries created by Billionaire Tours are the property of the company and may not be copied, reused, or redistributed without written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be settled under UAE legal jurisdiction.
